Tech Career Mentorship Programme
Young people interested in building sustainable careers in technology are invited to apply for a structured Tech Career Mentorship Programme. The programme is designed to connect emerging technology professionals with experienced practitioners who can provide guidance on career development, practical skills, portfolio building, professional positioning and employment readiness. Participants will receive guidance in areas such as identifying suitable technology career paths, developing strong portfolios, improving CVs, preparing for interviews, finding internships and entry-level opportunities, building professional networks and developing continuous learning plans. The mentorship is suitable for students, recent graduates, beginners in technology and young professionals seeking clearer direction in their careers. Applicants should be willing to learn, participate actively and implement recommendations provided during the mentorship period. Participation is free, but available mentorship slots are limited.
