Applications are now open for the iDICE Skills-to-Jobs Programme, giving young Nigerians across the South-South the opportunity to gain practical, industry-relevant skills and prepare for careers in the growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. iDICE means Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE) programme, which is a flagship initiative of the Federal Government of Nigeria designed to unlock the economic potential of Nigeria's fast-growing technology and creative sectors. The programme is supported by the African Development Bank (AfDB), Agence Française de Développement (AFD), the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and the Bank of Industry (BOI). Training will focus on creative, technical and digital skill areas to include UI/UX, Coding Basics, Data Entry, Tech Support, Data Analysis, Content/SEO, Motion Graphics, AI tools, Digital Marketing, Cybersecurity, Customer Service Support, Culinary Arts, Fashion Design and Food Production.
